Key Responsibilities:

  • Support other team members to meet service and quality standards.
  • Produce management information, reports, and presentations for senior managers and underwriters.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with brokers and clients.
  • Support broker onboarding and training to encourage self-sufficiency on digital platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and customer experience.

Key Skills:

  • Previous insurance experience.
  • Administrative or Customer Service experience advantageous.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, including spreadsheets.

Our client is seeking a Digital Service Assistant Underwriter on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with underwriting teams, support brokers and clients via digital platforms, and gain exposure to a wide range of insurance processes.

The Role
  • As a Digital Service Assistant Underwriter, you will provide efficient and effective service to brokers and clients through digital platforms. Key responsibilities include:
