Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Delivery: Ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, achieving the agreed outcomes.
- Leadership & Governance: Establishing and maintaining an effective management and leadership structure.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Managing relationships with senior internal stakeholders and clients at both IT and business leadership levels.
- Business Development: Identifying and securing opportunities to grow the account, including contract extensions and new business engagements.
- Team Management: Leading and motivating teams, clearly communicating strategy, and inspiring collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
- Accountability & Financial Management: Securing opportunities to expand the account, including new business development and enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in at least one programme lifecycle (e.g., waterfall, agile, consultancy).
- Practitioner-level qualification (e.g., MSP).
- Public sector procurement experience.
- Expertise in leading the Programme Management aspects of competitive tenders.
- Ability to develop comprehensive proposal plans, text, and narratives to support programme delivery.
