  • Create and maintain overall programme delivery plan
  • Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies
  • Apply rigorous change control in line with the agreed business case
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the technical delivery, or the programme as a whole
  • Ensure accurate and transparent reporting of status against plans, resource plans and risks/issues/actions
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisions and actions

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in a Programme Management role with evidence of successful delivery of medium/large projects containing technology change
  • Experience in using established Project/Programme Management methods, frameworks, and toolkits
  • Strong record of operating with senior levels of management
  • Experience with large corporate change processes and architectural understanding of ecosystems of applications
  • Experience in large data migration project
  • Experience in Teradata and Snowflake is preferred
  • Experience with big data stores, real-time analytics, Data visualisation
  • Degree level or equivalent education in a computer science, engineering, mathematical, financial or IT field
  • Experience of Agile delivery methodologies
