Summary: The People Change Analyst role at IVC Evidensia focuses on supporting the People Strategy and Transformation Business Partner in managing change activities and implementing best practices in change management. Key Responsibilities:
- Management of project plans to maintain schedules and monitor tasks within the Finance and Systems Transformation Programme.
- Collaborate with the FaST PMO team and other departments on complex, cross-functional projects.
- Support the People Strategy & Transformation BP in coordinating transformation plans and producing reports.
- Independently gather, analyze, and summarize data from various sources.
- Create and maintain dashboards and metrics to track project progress.
