Summary: The Business Analyst - Wallet Fraud Strategy role focuses on assessing and enhancing the digital wallet infrastructure, defining future operating models, and implementing fraud-related initiatives. The role is hybrid, based in Swindon, with an initial tenure of three months and potential for extension. The successful candidate will translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical and Operational assessment of the existing digital wallet infrastructure.
- Define the future state of digital wallet operating model.
- Define API interfaces, functional requirements, and product roadmap.
- Write detailed features and requirements to outline the strategic initiatives required to achieve the operating model.
- Perform wallet fraud implementation related activities including integration support, creating implementation guides, and training.
- Translate the solution roadmap into detailed project plan that guides into execution of initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in Wallet Fraud setup; processes and governance.
- Understanding of data sharing from Wallets -> API -> Systems.
- SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) regulations.
- Token Provisioning process review.
- Previous experience working at Nationwide or Visa is highly desirable and preferred.
