Your new role As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production at the right cost and quality. Reporting to the Shift Performance Manager, you'll lead a team of operatives, manage schedules, oversee production standards, and implement quality control programs. You'll also be involved in mentoring, performance management, team communications, and liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive operational success.
