Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple client programs at once, each spanning multiple projects
  • Own the full lifecycle: brief writing, resourcing, timelines, delivery, and budget management
  • Act as the day-to-day primary contact for clients, building trust and rapport
  • Ensure smooth, accurate delivery in collaboration with internal teams
  • Write and manage estimates, incremental costings, and POs
  • Monitor program profitability and provide weekly revenue forecasting
  • Anticipate challenges, escalate where necessary, and keep a clear path to completion
  • Mentor junior members of the program team and support their growth

We’re working with a brand-led creative agency that’s on the lookout for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their growing team. If you thrive on project complexity, love being the linchpin across teams and clients, and bring strong commercial acumen to everything you run — this one’s for you. You’ll lead core client programs across brand and packaging projects — working from brief to final delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, and relationships with precision.
