Summary: The Product Owner role at Once For All involves managing the development of the Marketplace Proposition, focusing on the launch of a new Mobile Companion app and enhancing existing functionalities. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to prioritize the product backlog and ensure the platform meets customer needs. The role is contract-based for six months, emphasizing user experience and product strategy alignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the backlog for core marketplace features, including workflows and transaction flows.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, user feedback, and analytics.
- Translate high-level business goals into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, user-centric product experiences.
- Work with engineering teams in Agile sprints to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Monitor performance of features during QA and business test/launch, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Act as the first point of contact for engineering regarding new features and escalate issues with potential solutions.
- Work with the Design and User Experience Research (UXR) team to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
- Specify and document briefs for Designers and UX Researchers.
- Manage the output from UXR and Design into engineering.
