Summary: The Product Owner - API & Banking role involves being a proactive member of the DevX Standards and Controls leadership team, directly supporting the head of Standards and Controls. The position focuses on enhancing API standards, facilitating product planning, and ensuring customer-centric approaches in new work. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and enhance the standards in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Lead/facilitate product planning and prioritisation to deliver towards a future vision for API standards.
- Align and communicate roadmaps for the product to the customers.
- Run customer forums for API standards.
- Ensure that the customer is being thought about at the centre of new work and transitions.
- Champion the usage of data and metrics to improve understanding of customer interactions with the products.
