Key Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Product Marketing Manager, you will drive messaging and insights to position the company as a transformative force and trusted partner to CMOs and Marketing leaders across EMEA. You will collaborate closely with key marketing, sales and product stakeholders across the organisation to deliver programmes that drive measurable impact in region.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop regional sales enablement plans, adapt or create region-specific sales content and tools, and drive sales adoption in the region
  • Further the company's market position as an innovator and thought leader in the eyes of the marketing buyer community
  • Support acceleration and closing of deals through product presentations, enablement and demonstrations to internal sales teams and customers (via industry events, webinars, trade shows, road shows, customer briefings)
  • Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies
  • Localise relevant content and messaging for target buyers, including web content, webinars, solution guides, demo videos and more, for all stages of the buyer life cycle
  • Develop regional customer references, deal wins, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use
  • Drive up-sell/cross-sell strategies
  • Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales and marketing efforts

You will have a passion for marketing automation, data insights and AI and excel at taking the complex and making it simple and for marketing through compelling stories.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a product marketing role in enterprise software or SaaS/PaaS
  • Self-starter with experience in driving go-to-market plans and working across complex multi-regional matrix organisations
  • Experience of running/managing comprehensive sales enablement programs desirable
  • Ability to navigate senior stakeholders to establish buy-in for go-to-market priorities
  • Understanding of the marketing buyer (eg head of marketing, CMO) as a target market
  • Experience in creating and delivering value proposition and content strategies to support demand generation across the buyer funnel
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Strong communicator and storyteller comfortable with presenting in public
