Summary: The role of Product Manager involves overseeing government digital service projects, focusing on risk reduction and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage government digital service projects, ensuring effective risk management.
- Utilize user-centered design (UCD) principles to enhance product development.
- Engage with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Implement digital transformation initiatives for citizen-facing government services.
- Work collaboratively in a scaled agile setting, including scrum of scrums.
- Demonstrate capabilities in working with platform teams and technologies.

- Experience in Central Government and GDS projects.
