Product Manager

Summary: The Product Manager role at Skills for Care involves overseeing the development and management of digital products that enhance user engagement and support strategic objectives in adult social care. The position includes two specific focuses: one on a new Customer Experience Platform and the other on a portfolio of existing digital products. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Lead the development and implementation of a new Customer Experience Platform.
• Optimize and evolve a portfolio of existing digital products to meet user needs and business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure product effectiveness and accessibility.
• Ensure digital services are aligned with user needs and deliver a seamless experience.
