Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team and functions delivering appraisal modelling and investment analysis for major urban developments and investment transactions.
- Define the group's practices in appraisal modelling, maintaining capability and quality.
- Deliver appraisal modelling and reporting capability across existing and new development propositions.
- Build bespoke modelling solutions for complex investment or transaction opportunities.
- Guide and support Senior Corporate Finance Analyst in delivering similar responsibilities, including technical peer reviews.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in real estate, particularly in development and investment transactions.
- Expert financial modelling and analysis skills, including experience in building complex models.
- Significant experience in detailed technical appraisal and drafting financial recommendations for Board-level decisions.
- Ability to deliver presentations at Board level.
- Desired qualifications: ACA/CIMA qualified with additional investment qualifications (e.g., CFA or IMC) and substantial PQE.
