Summary: The Product Manager - B2B SaaS role involves driving the development of a digital product suite for a leading information services and SaaS subscription company. This position requires collaboration with senior leadership to shape product vision and strategy while managing a product roadmap informed by customer insights. The role also includes guiding delivery with cross-functional teams and supporting go-to-market planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the B2B SaaS sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and communicate product vision and strategy.
- Develop and manage a clear product roadmap informed by customer insight, user testing, and data.
- Translate ideas into actionable product requirements and guide delivery with Engineering, Data, and Design teams.
- Ensure seamless integration between UX/UI design and product development while mentoring a small team.
- Support go-to-market planning with marketing and sales teams.
- Track and deliver on key metrics like user engagement and product satisfaction.
Key Skills:
- Experience in product management and/or delivery within information services or SaaS, preferably in B2B.
- Agile / Scrum Master / Project Management qualifications beneficial but not essential.
- Proven track record of success in developing products with high-quality user experience.
- Experience in leading high-quality customer research and translating needs into product ideas.
- Ability to plan development roadmaps that correlate with business strategy.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with stakeholders and lead teams.
- Ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into product features.
- Ability to translate technical terminology to business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with structure and prioritization.
