Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX and UI redesign of the website, focusing on navigation and key web components.
- Enhance site usability through user-centric design thinking and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Collaborate with Front End engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct A/B testing and make data-informed design decisions.
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively across the team.
- Demonstrate practical design solutions that improve UX and drive measurable outcomes.
- Quickly integrate into the team and leverage existing expertise in digital marketing and product functions.
