Summary: The role of Product Experience & Design Manager is focused on shaping innovative business tools for SMEs through user-centered design. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the global design system and create high-fidelity prototypes. The contract is for 6 months and is based in Dublin with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UX/UI design and a strong proficiency in Figma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the evolution of our global design system and align it across Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Create reusable components, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual assets using Figma to support scalable product design.
- Rapidly prototype MVPs and conceptual solutions grounded in user-centered design principles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to translate strategy into seamless UX.
- Continuously refine and adapt design components to ensure high-impact user experiences for B2B and B2B2C platforms.
Key Skills:
- 6+ years in UX/UI design with strong expertise in Figma, design systems, and prototyping.
- Deep understanding of component-based design and atomic principles.
- Proven experience delivering intuitive interfaces for consumer-facing and enterprise B2B products.
- Strong UX sensibility with the ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and naturally curious—comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
