Summary: The Process Assurance Analyst - Summer role at United Overseas Bank Ltd involves supporting the Project, Development, and Technology Delivery teams to ensure compliance with the System Development Methodology (SDM). The analyst will independently plan and conduct process assurance assignments, focusing on both waterfall and agile projects, while also driving continuous improvements in software delivery processes. Strong communication skills are essential as the position interfaces with senior project managers and delivery managers. This is a full-time internship opportunity for six months, starting in April or May 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently plan, conduct, and coordinate process assurance assignments, involving waterfall and agile projects. Review progress and evaluate results, which are communicated to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
• Independently lead and plan interaction with project managers and delivery leads to establish/execute process assurance plans.
• Plan and implement recommendations for major improvements to existing processes and procedures.

Key Skills:

• Available for a 6 month full time internship (Apr/May - Aug 2025)
• Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines.
• Ability to communicate plans and deliver timely effective information to leadership and key stakeholders.
