Our sister company Stellarmann is looking for a contract Process Analyst to help formalise and centralise process mapping within a growing operations function. Stellarmann builds teams of associates to deliver technology and change programmes, in this case for an insurance end-client.

You'll be great for this role if you:

  • Bring London Market experience to build stakeholder credibility and deliver impact quickly
  • Have hands-on process mapping and documentation skills - clarity and simplicity are essential
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to secure sign-off and support compliance behaviours
  • Demonstrate a tenacious, detail-oriented, and logical approach to making sense of fragmented inputs
  • Are comfortable using or quickly picking up tools like Blueworks Live, Business Optix, or Aris

This is a 6-month contract with long-term potential, paying a competitive day rate outside IR35, offering hybrid working (3 days per week in the client s London-based office).
