Summary: The Talent Acquisition Administrator will support the Talent Acquisition team at S&W in London on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and administrative support throughout the Request To Hire (RTH) process.
  • Offer high-level administrative support and coordination throughout the talent acquisition (TA) process.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for all TA queries, supporting the HR team and Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Work as part of the wider HR team to ensure successful onboarding of candidates.
  • Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Provide input and feedback into the design of ATS and CRM training collateral.
  • Support the generation of forecasting, reporting, and management information.
  • Coordinate governance meetings and support Talent Acquisition employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Assist with various project work to support acquisitions and process improvement.
  • Implement new ways of working to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Gather and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of ATS (preferably Smart Recruiters) and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work at pace with high attention to detail.

Job Description What will you be doing? We're seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team in London on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The Talent Acquisition Adviser will play key role within the team providing support and guidance on our processes, systems, and procedures. As Talent Acquisition Adviser, your responsibilities will include among others Provide guidance and administrative support throughout the Request To Hire (RTH) process. To provide high level of administrative support and coordination throughout the talent acquisition (TA) process. Act as a day-to-day contact for all TA queries, supporting the HR team and Talent Acquisition Manager. Work as part of the wider HR team within HR Services to ensure all candidates are successfully on boarded within the company. Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system to accurately reflect users, live vacancies and current attraction, hiring and onboarding processes. Provide input and feedback into the design of ATS and CRM training collateral. Provide input and support in the generation of forecasting, reporting and management information. Support and coordinate governance meetings. Support and coordinate Talent Acquisition employer brand, recruitment marketing and events as required. Assist with various project work, as required, to help support acquisitions and process improvement, including RTH, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, technology, candidate attraction, assessment & selection and onboarding. Implement and contribute to new ways of working to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. Gather and analyse feedback from various sources, stakeholders and systems for continuous improvement.
