Summary: We are looking for experienced Private Client Paralegals available for immediate or short notice contract work in London. Candidates should have extensive experience with high-net-worth individuals in wills and estate planning, along with some familiarity with Company Secretarial work. Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist high-net-worth individuals with wills and estate planning.
- Handle Company Secretarial work as needed.

We are seeking highly experienced Private Client Paralegals who are immediately available or have a short notice period, and are happy to work on a contract basis.
Applicants must have a wealth of experience in dealing with HNWIs in relation to wills and estate planning, and preferably some dealings with Company Secretarial work.
Applicants must also be happy and able to work in London, and should be well-educated, possess significant and relevant experience, but crucially it is essential that applicants are available immediately, or at short notice.
