Summary: The Print Account Manager role involves managing account operations and procurement within a large organization’s Print Department. The position requires expertise in print production, strong commercial acumen, and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will oversee order administration, collaborate with various departments, and develop key accounts while providing profitability-driven print management solutions. This is a temporary, fully office-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of orders and campaigns
- Collaborate across departments, including Sales, CSD, and Finance
- Navigate internal systems (training provided)
- Source products from our established print supply base
- Grow and develop key accounts
- Provide profitability-driven print management solutions
- Handle product-specific queries from customers and internal teams
- Undertake additional duties as directed by management
