Summary: The Customer Journey Designer role involves enhancing the customer experience for an international company's UK partner based in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of the Customer Experience Strategy priorities and business commitments.
- Plan, initiate, develop, and support actions to reinforce customer centricity.
- Work to reduce overall complaints received.
- Use customer insight analytics to drive change and improve user service.
- Ensure meaningful complaints data informs customer insight for service improvements.
- Improve customer journey mapping processes from a digital standpoint.
Key Skills:
- Experience in customer experience journey mapping.
- Strong systems skills, including Excel, CRM, and digital insights software.
- Ability to quickly engage with ongoing projects.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
