Role Profile Integreon is currently working with a client and seeking PB (prime brokerage) experienced attorneys/Lawyers in UK and US to assist them processing prime brokerage, credit, distribution agreements, and related documentation.

Skills Required Ideal candidates should possess prime brokerage expertise, including securities lending, derivatives, and associated documentation, along with a strong regulatory understanding of rules governing securities lending, derivatives, issuers, and broker-dealers. Additional qualifications include extensive derivatives experience, particularly with equity derivatives and synthetic prime brokerage, as well as familiarity with Master Confirmation Agreements and similar documentation. Candidates should also have proven contract negotiation skills, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on trading-related agreements with prime brokers and derivatives counterparties.
