Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and assessment of accounts to understand issues, key brand advocates, stakeholders, health priorities, and procurement activities.
- Input into the prioritisation of customers to refine segmentation plans.
- Produce a plan of action to achieve account priorities and align with regional and national brand strategy.
- Involve key internal stakeholders in preparation of account plans for alignment and prioritisation of activities.
- Support identification of opinion leaders and develop engagement plans.
- Ensure implementation of all activities agreed within account plans within time, cost, compliance, and quality constraints.
- Translate national plans to develop a regional plan of action.
- Develop evaluation methods for success and track progress relative to targets.
- Maintain effective collaboration within own and cross-functional teams for alignment and knowledge sharing.
Key Skills:
- Degree educated, ideally in a scientific field and ABPI qualified.
- Proven track record of high performance in a hospital sales environment within Oncology.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned territory.
- Experience of maximising growth through complex pathways.
