Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a dynamic Primary Teacher in the Wigan area? Tradewind are currently recruiting for an experienced Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher for a very popular school in Wigan. This is a long-term temp to perm role to start in September and will continue until February 2027 and then go on a contract direct with the school.

This 1-form entry Church of England Primary School prides itself on the exceptional behaviour of the children and is passionate about providing children with the skills and enthusiasm for Secondary School. They provide a safe, happy and well-disciplined learning environment and have a supportive SLT. The school make a positive contribution to life within the local community.

This Primary school caters for approx. 306 pupils across ages 4-11 and has a very nurturing environment. This Primary School is looking for someone to join their committed, passionate, and supportive team. This outstanding primary school are looking for a member of staff who is passionate about teaching and set high expectations for both behaviour and academically. The school is extremely welcoming, and the staff work effectively together and with other schools in the area. It is important that the successful teacher has good behaviour management.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

• Be a qualified teacher with QTS with a minimum 2 years' experience.
• Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

The school is located on the outskirts of Wigan and is easily accessible via car and has free parking on site. The School is also accessible via public transport and has close bus links.
