Summary: This role as a Primary Care IM&T Facilitator at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust involves supporting the LLR ICB with centralized data collection from primary medical care providers' clinical systems. The position requires advanced knowledge of SystmOne and EMIS Web, providing analytical support for primary care-related data to ensure accurate clinical records. The facilitator will also lead and manage resources to foster a positive working culture while collaborating with various stakeholders. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure service delivery to clients aligns with LHIS and LPT Trust standards and values.
• Provide leadership and resource management to develop a positive working culture.
• Act as an expert source for LHIS, ICB, and GP practice staff regarding primary care-related data.
• Support the production and delivery of accurate, high-quality data for statistical returns and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other LHIS staff and clients as appropriate.
