Summary: The Power Platform Technical Lead will oversee a development team focused on Power Apps, ensuring the delivery of new and existing products aligns with requirements and quality standards. This role involves managing development processes, testing, and providing progress reports while actively participating in process improvements. The Technical Lead will also handle problem management and collaborate with other teams as necessary. A strong understanding of Agile methodology and technical skills in Power Apps and SQL are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Power Platform development team focused on Power Apps.
  • Develop and support new and existing products according to requirements and standards.
  • Test products to ensure they meet quality standards and are fit for purpose.
  • Provide realistic timescales for completion of work packages.
  • Complete allocated work within agreed time, cost, and quality criteria.
  • Manage and control problems and changes within the area of responsibility.
  • Escalate problems, issues, and risks as necessary.
  • Participate in process improvement and ensure compliance with quality processes.
  • Review team deliverables to ensure they meet project quality standards.
  • Utilize knowledge of Agile methodology, OO Analysis & Design, and Data Modelling.
