Summary: The Power Platform Product Owner will be responsible for leading the Microsoft Power Platform strategy, focusing on Model-Driven Apps and ensuring alignment with the broader Microsoft ecosystem. This role involves managing a platform team to deliver and support key business applications while defining governance and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of the Power Platform and excellent stakeholder management skills. The position is a 6-month contract based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Product Owner for the Power Platform, focusing on Model-Driven Apps and understanding the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
- Lead and manage a platform team responsible for change, maintenance, and live service support of critical applications.
- Own and evolve the Microsoft Power strategy, defining the tenant-level maturity roadmap.
- Establish governance processes and policies, driving citizen developer adoption and education.
- Define and implement platform strategy, principles, and roadmap, including hub vs spoke operating models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and educate citizen developers on best practices for the platform.
- Partner with the Infrastructure Lead to establish processes for change management and architecture review.
- Ensure seamless collaboration across functions owning related technologies such as Dynamics, Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, BI, and AI-driven capabilities.
Key Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to define and embed governance and strategy.
- Experience in leading platform teams.
- Knowledge of Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, BI, and Dynamics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

About the Role

This role will play a pivotal part in owning, shaping, and driving forward our Microsoft Power Platform strategy, ensuring alignment across business-critical applications and the wider Microsoft ecosystem. You will lead a platform team responsible for delivering, running, and supporting key business applications while building a roadmap to mature our Microsoft Power capabilities at scale. This role requires strong technical knowledge of the Power Platform, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to define and embed governance, strategy, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for the Power Platform, with a focus on Model-Driven Apps while understanding the wider Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, BI, CoPilot, Dynamics).
- Lead and manage a platform team responsible for change, run, maintenance, and live service support of critical applications.
- Own and evolve the Microsoft Power strategy , defining the tenant-level maturity roadmap including: Enhancements to the CoE Toolkit.
- Establishing governance processes and policies.
- Driving citizen developer adoption and education.
- Define and implement platform strategy, principles, and roadmap , including hub vs spoke operating models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and educate citizen developers on the scope, remit, and best practices for the platform.
- Partner with the Infrastructure Lead to establish processes for change management, architecture review, and consulting standards .
