Summary: This role at Ingeus is for a Power Platform Administrator responsible for maintaining and configuring the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service environment and the Power Platform ecosystem. The position requires hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and Power Automate, ensuring system support and configuration. The role is critical for ensuring stability and performance within the Power Platform environment. This is a 15-month fixed-term contract based in Birmingham with a salary of £50,000 per annum plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and maintaining the Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Ensuring stability and configuration support for Microsoft Evergreening updates.
  • Managing user roles, security permissions, and environment access via Power Platform Admin Centre.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting Power Automate flows to ensure reliability and performance.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in Power Platform Administration, including Power Apps and Power Automate (Dynamics 365 CE experience is essential).
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and its integration with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience using the Power Platform Admin Centre for managing user security and permissions.
  • Microsoft Certifications PL-200 and PL-400 are desirable.

Power Platform Administrator

Salary: £50,000 per annum + Package

Duration: 15-month Fixed Term Contract

Regional Office Worker: Birmingham - Site based & Homeworking + Organised Travel to Birmingham required

This position is critical for maintaining and configuring our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service environment and the broader Power Platform ecosystem. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and Power Automate, ensuring seamless system support and configuration.

Important Note***: This is not a Data Analyst role. While Power BI experience is nice to have, it is not essential. The focus is on understanding and managing the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing

To Be Successful, You Require

  • Proven experience in Power Platform Administration, including Power Apps and Power Automate (Dynamics 365 CE experience is essential).

  • Experience using the Power Platform Admin Centre for managing user security and permissions.
  • Microsoft Certifications PL-200 and PL-400 are desirable.
