Summary: The Power Pages Developer role is a 3-month contract position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining web portals using Microsoft Power Pages. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. The role offers flexible remote working with occasional in-person collaboration in London. Candidates should have strong experience with Microsoft Power Pages and front-end development technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Power Pages portals using Power Platform tools.
  • Create dynamic, responsive web interfaces following modern UI/UX best practices.
  • Apply clean, scalable, and maintainable CSS to structure and style portal components.
  • Build and enhance reusable components using HTML, JavaScript, and Liquid templates.
  • Integrate Power Pages with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, and broader Microsoft 365 services.
  • Collaborate with designers to bring branding and design specifications to life.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve portal performance, styling, and functionality issues.
  • Ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility across devices.
  • Implement security roles, authentication, and authorization for user access.
  • Document technical specifications and configurations clearly.

Key Skills:

  • Strong, proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Pages / Power Apps Portals.
  • Skilled in front-end development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Expertise in custom styling using CSS frameworks or vanilla CSS.
  • Proficient with Liquid templates and front-end customization within Power Pages.
  • Solid understanding of Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Experienced in working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Comfortable with source control tools like Git and Power Platform ALM best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
