Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements and define success metrics.
- Design and build intuitive Power BI dashboards aligned with business needs and governance standards.
- Prepare and transform data using SQL, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Ensure solutions are robust, performant, and user-friendly.
- Validate and iterate dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for ongoing support.
- Identify quick wins, risks, and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with the central Data Visualisation & Automation team to maintain consistency with platform and design standards.
Key Skills:
- Proven end-to-end Power BI dashboard development experience.
- Strong SQL skills; experience with Databricks or BigQuery.
- Solid understanding of ETL and data transformation best practices.
- Ability to translate business needs into impactful visual reports.

A leading organisation is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer (or Data Visualisation Specialist) to design and deliver production-ready dashboards that support data-driven decisions across operational and leadership teams.
The role:
- Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements and define success metrics.
