Summary: The role of Portfolio Support Analyst involves joining the Portfolio Support Team in Edinburgh on a hybrid basis for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. The analyst will work closely with Portfolio Delivery Directors and other analysts to ensure proper governance and processes are in place for each account. The position requires strong team management and relationship-building skills, with a focus on compliance and process improvement. Technical knowledge in project management tools and experience in financial services are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appropriate procedures, processes, and governance are in place for each account within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Delivery Directors and Portfolio Support Analysts.
  • Manage relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Meet business requirements across the project lifecycle.
  • Align business requirements with technical solutions.
  • Achieve positive feedback from customers and colleagues.
  • Utilize project and portfolio management tools for staffing, planning, tracking, and delivery of services.
  • Support integration of Oracle and SFDC with portfolio management tooling.
  • Utilize supporting tools such as Jira, Trello, and Ironclad.

We are currently recruiting for a Portfolio Support Analyst to join our Portfolio Support Team within the UK&I.This is a Hybrid role (Maternity cover - 12 month Fixed Term) based in our Edinburgh office.

Working closely with the Portfolio Delivery Directors & Portfolio Support Analysts you will ensure each account within the portfolio has the appropriate procedures, processes and governance in place.

We are looking for an individual with strong team management and relationship building skills, passionate about compliance and process improvement as well as the following experience:

Strong and effective communication & relationship management skills
Measurably meeting business requirements across the project lifecycle
Excellent commercial acumen, to align business requirements with technical solutions
Demonstrable record of achieving positive feedback from customers and colleagues
Experience within financial services environments desirable

Technical Insight:

Excellent knowledge of project and portfolio management tooling for staffing, planning, tracking and
delivery of services using PSA
Extensive knowledge of Oracle and SFDC integration with portfolio management tooling
Knowledge of supporting tools such as Jira, Trello, Ironclad Etc.
