An opportunity has arisen for a Portfolio Governance Lead to shape and embed strong governance across a complex offerings portfolio. This fixed term role of three to four months sits within the Office of the CDO and focuses on improving portfolio control, assurance, and decision making from business case approval through to delivery and commercialisation.

About the Role - Portfolio Governance Lead

  • As a Portfolio Governance Lead, you will define and implement portfolio governance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.

  • You will establish clear standards for portfolio decision making, prioritisation, and assurance to support timely and cost effective delivery.

  • You will own portfolio level risk and dependency management, ensuring visibility and effective mitigation across initiatives.

  • You will develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance approaches, including lean budgeting and value stream funding where appropriate.
