Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general support on projects including governance, reporting, assurance processes, and communications for Brand Optimisation initiatives.
• Drive the Brand Optimisation operating model to enhance business performance and achieve targets.
• Maintain the Initiative Management System Backlog, including tracking and reporting of initiatives.
• Support the development of data analytics and digital tools for quality data reporting and risk mitigation.
• Develop effective relationships across multiple functions through robust stakeholder management.

Key Skills:

• Experience as a PMO/Project Analyst and proficiency in Project Management Tools.
• Data Analytics capability, specifically in Tableau and Microsoft Excel (including VBA and Think-Cell).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucid.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills for cross-functional representation.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of work.
