PMO Lead | Cardiff | Hybrid 3 x per week | Inside IR35
Pigment is a change & transformation consultancy. We partner with other consultancies, government departments, and private sector organisations to deliver tailored, Embedded solutions that drive real change.
We are currently seeking a PMO Lead to join our team on an interim basis, who can be responsible for coordinating and producing key programme management outputs to support effective governance, reporting, and delivery across the programme.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring accurate, timely documentation
- Providing structured oversight of programme risks, progress, and milestones
- Overseeing the schedule of work and quality of work for a team of 3 PMO Consultants
Required experience and skills:
- Strong experience in PMO and RAID logs
- Ability to take part in stakeholder management
- A history of developing project plans and charters
