Summary: The role of PMO KYC Onboarding involves supporting a Financial Services Client's Faster Onboarding project as a PMO Lead. This position is based in London and requires a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for various PMO activities, including stakeholder engagement and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- All PMO Activities assigned
- Streamlining the resourcing governance process
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure correct documentation is in place as part of the project
- Chairing regular meetings across groups of stakeholders
- Responsible for the engagement with business sponsors and key stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Previous PMO Experience in change and project management
- Previous experience working as a PMO in an investment bank
- Previous experience working on a KYC/Client Onboarding project
- Team-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of liaising with senior stakeholders using strong relationship management skills
- Willingness to multi-task and work independently in a demanding and delivery-oriented environment
