Summary: The Business Analyst role involves managing and articulating business and technical requirements, serving as the primary contact for stakeholders, and supporting project managers with reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive articulation of requirements from a business and technical perspective
• Be the primary point of contact to the stakeholders for engagements under your management
• Provide input with solutioning proposal including design and associated costing
• Be at the forefront of interactions with clients to obtain requirements, impact assignments, create BRD's, design solutions, collaborate with various teams and multiple stakeholders
• Work as a team or individually for the product enhancements on the deliverables
• Proactively should run the complete flow from requirement gathering to delivery
• Support project managers on generating status reports and analysis reports on a regular basis

Key Skills:

• Extensive skill in Business Analysis with payments domain experience
• Experience in Payments module of Core banking systems and ability to handle the complete payment life cycle in banking
• Ability to work within an agile environment, with a good knowledge of project management techniques, analytical tools and processes
• Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure
• Background in a bank, payments solutions provider or other fast-paced/complex environment essential
• Strong interpersonal skills as expected for dealing with an important client base
