Summary: The PMO Analyst role focuses on supporting a large transformation programme with a strong emphasis on IT project management and third-party engagement. This role is based in Stratford Upon Avon, requiring one day of on-site work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project level support and assurance/governance oversight across the Data Centre Exit programme.
  • Schedule and support Workstream Event Boards, ensuring adherence to Terms of Reference.
  • Manage relationships with key third-party partners, including supplier governance meetings.
  • Oversee the DCX Programme Product Management Log for document management and version control.
  • Support the artefact approvals process, ensuring timely document reviews and accurate records.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution and improvement of PMO and project delivery processes.

Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a PMO Analyst role.
  • Experience on large scale IT programmes.
  • Previous experience with third-party engagement from a governance and assurance perspective.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Product suite experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

PMO Analyst - IT Project Experience



One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a PMO Analyst with strong IT Project and Third Party Engagement experience. This role will play crucial part in a large transformation programme and will contribute to the ongoing evolution and improvement of PMO and project delivery processes across the programme.



Location - Stratford Upon Avon - 1 day per week onsite - TUESDAY


Duration - 6 months initial contract



Essential skills:



  • At least 5 year's experience in a PMO Analyst role

  • Experience on a large scale IT Programmes

  • Previous experience with Third Party Engagement from a Governance and Assurance perspective

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong Microsoft Product suite experience

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills



Projects Deliverable:



Deliverable 1: Provide project level support and assurance/governance oversight across the projects within the Data Centre Exit programme, working with Project Managers and Workstream leads to ensure that key project control data including risks, issues, dependencies, budget, resource, plan and status reporting content is well managed, accurately reflects the current situation and provides appropriate input to good quality programme level reporting and key governance forums. Due date of first deliverable: End of contract


Deliverable 2: Schedule and support Workstream Event Boards ensuring the agreed Terms of Reference is adhered to, including attendance of quorum, also managing collation of inputs and producing outputs and audit records on key decisions made. Due date of second deliverable: End of contract


Deliverable 3: Provide PMO oversight and support to the management of relationships with key DCX third party partners, to include the scheduling and collation of inputs/outputs for supplier governance meetings and ensuring quality requirements are met before deliverables are deemed complete and payments made. Due date of third deliverable: End of contract

Deliverable 4: Management of the DCX Programme Product Management Log, working with Workstream Leads, Project Managers and other programme resources to ensure all key documents are logged and appropriately version controlled, to ensure audit requirements would be met. Due date of fourth deliverable: End of contract

Deliverable 5: Provide PMO support to the artefact approvals process, ensuring the timely issue of documents for review and approval, proactive monitoring of approval progress, and keeping accurate approval records. Due date of fifth deliverable: End of contract

Deliverable 6: Actively contribute to the ongoing evolution and improvement of PMO and project delivery processes across the DCX Programme. Due date of sixth deliverable: End of contract
