JOB Description:

The SAP Payroll Business Analyst primary focus is to have SAP HR expertise in requirements and functional design facilitation and documentation, including modeling tools and methods for appropriate system(s). Define, manage, and maintain all business case and requirements for the IT department. Responsibilities include developing relationships with user community and facility/functional area leadership to maintain open communication channels for the IT department to understand business conditions, operational challenges, and potential opportunities where Information Technologies may be leveraged to enhance the performance of the business unit.
