Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate project/portfolio data including plans, RAIDs, dependencies, risks, benefits, and decision records.
  • Produce high-quality MI, dashboards, board packs, and regulatory reports with clear RAG indicators.
  • Facilitate governance forums, workshops, health checks, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, business cases, and intake workflows.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication across teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Drive efficiency and process improvements within the PMO function.

Key Skills:

  • Strong PMO and governance experience within financial services (HSBC experience is mandatory).
  • Expertise in RAIDs, RAG reporting, portfolio dashboards, and MI packs.
  • Strong planning, documentation, and process mapping skills (Visio).
  • Experience with PMO/portfolio tools: Clarity, Planview, Clarizen, Monday.com.
  • Financial management: budgeting, forecasting, month-end reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and governance stage-gate frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
