PMO Analyst

Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting the Central PMO team within a financial crime transformation programme at a leading consultancy. The position requires effective communication with stakeholders and meticulous documentation to ensure smooth project execution. The role is based in Sheffield, requiring three days of on-site work per week. This is a six-month initial contract classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with stakeholders across the bank in relation to the transformation programme
• Maintaining accurate documentation of project information, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
• General project administration tasks such as managing and sending invites to meetings, minute taking, and distribution of relevant documentation
• Accurate documentation of project milestones
• Reporting of relevant project data to key stakeholders/groups

Key Skills:

• Previous project/PMO experience in the banking/financial services industry is ideal
• Strong administration and document experience in previous transformation projects
• Experience of working on transformation programmes in financial crime would be advantageous
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook etc
• Experience in minute taking
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic

Salary (Rate): 262.50
