Summary: The PMO Analyst role is a hybrid position based in London, supporting a leading Not-for-Profit Life Sciences organization on a large-scale capital projects programme. The analyst will provide essential support in governance, reporting, risk management, and audit readiness, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires collaboration with programme leadership and external stakeholders to enhance oversight and facilitate successful project delivery. The contract is initially for 6 months with a potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support across governance, reporting, RAID management, and audit readiness
- Coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams and contribute to risk mitigation
- Drive operational efficiency and enable better decision-making across the programme
- Work closely with senior leadership, finance teams, and external contractors
- Enhance programme oversight, improve data integrity, and facilitate successful delivery of defined objectives
Key Skills:
- Strong PMO background in capital, infrastructure, or transformation programmes
- Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
- Skilled in programme governance, compliance, reporting, and planning
- Financially aware - able to support cost tracking, forecasting, and resource planning
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills (including C-suite)
- Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Planner, SharePoint, and Teams
- Degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMO/project qualification (e.g. P3O, APM PMQ) desirable
