Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top retail talent.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Crafting engaging job descriptions and posting them across various platforms.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Utilising social media and networking events to boost our talent pipeline.
  • Monitoring recruitment metrics to optimise our hiring processes.
  • Supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with volume in-house recruiting for a commercial business.
  • Experience with Workday as a recruiter.
  • Experience in competency-based interviewing.
  • Knowledge of hiring practices and policy in the UK.
  • Previous retail recruitment experience working directly as a store-facing business partner.
  • Track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in an ambiguous environment.
