- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Utilising social media and networking events to boost our talent pipeline.
- Monitoring recruitment metrics to optimise our hiring processes.
- Supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Key Skills:
- Experience with volume in-house recruiting for a commercial business.
- Experience with Workday as a recruiter.
- Experience in competency-based interviewing.
- Knowledge of hiring practices and policy in the UK.
- Previous retail recruitment experience working directly as a store-facing business partner.
- Track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in an ambiguous environment.
