Summary: We are looking for a highly organised and analytical PMO Analyst to join our team for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on supporting project governance, planning, progress tracking, and reporting across a diverse portfolio of projects. The PMO Analyst will ensure projects are well controlled and aligned with organisational priorities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to project support and coordination, with a strong emphasis on documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking.
- Analyse project progress and report on performance against timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery consistency.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change logs.
- Ensure consistent tracking of tasks, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across the portfolio.
- Analyse project data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Produce dashboards, status reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Maintain RAID logs across projects.
- Support the development of mitigation strategies and assist with escalation where required.
- Maintain and update resource allocation schedules.
- Oversee project plans and collaboration tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
- Draft, coordinate, and distribute project reports.
- Support stakeholder engagement and alignment across delivery teams.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project support, PMO, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using project and delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
