Summary: The Performing Arts Programme Manager will lead the delivery of creative opportunities for young people aged 11–25 in various performing arts disciplines at an iconic venue in London. This full-time role is a 10-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, focusing on empowering youth through artistic expression and skill development. The position involves collaboration with artists and industry partners to curate and manage a diverse range of programs and performances. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a high-quality programme of creative opportunities for young people aged 11–25.
- Design and deliver imaginative projects, residencies, and showcases in theatre, spoken word, poetry, movement, and circus.
- Manage budgets, evaluation frameworks, and safeguarding practices.
- Coordinate public performances, sharings, and showcases at the venue and external locations.
- Lead communications with young people and support inclusive recruitment.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote opportunities.
Key Skills:

The Role
As the Performing Arts Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of an exciting, high-quality programme of creative opportunities for young people aged 11–25 across theatre, spoken word, poetry, movement, and circus. You’ll work with artists, tutors, and creative industry partners to design and deliver imaginative projects, residencies, and showcases, supporting young people to develop their skills and confidence.
