As our People Team Administrator you'll support Owl colleagues with their people queries. You'll be a key member of our People team, working with the People Team Co-ordinator & Talent team to deliver our people strategy.You'll be working full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday), from home but soon to be 2-3 days a week in our Cardiff office.Why work for us? What you'll be doing Acting as the first point of contact for general day to day people-related queries from colleaguesKeeping our HR and Payroll systems accurate by maintaining and updating colleague recordsSupport the People team Co-ordinator on employee lifecycle changes, including maternity/paternity leave, job changes, flexible working requests, and more! Processing all new starters and leavers, including issuing contractsProcess reference requests, leavers letters and confirming holiday paymentsWorking with the Talent team to ensure the seamless onboarding of all new startersPreparing documents accurately and within required deadlinesEnsuring the payroll changes, starters & leavers trackers are up to dateMonitoring the People team mailbox and flagging to the correct team memberWe'd love it if you had: Experience of working in a HR/People Team Experience of HR, Payroll & Recruitment AdministrationExperience working with Microsoft applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) Great letter writing skills We'd love it if you were: A great communicator and highly organised Able to work on multiple things and meet deadlines Positive and passionate about our mission Able to build great relationships and work collaboratively within a team #BecomeAnOwl #HelpPeopleThrive
