Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end SIPP administration across multiple books of business, including complex cases
  • Reconciliation and transfer management of client accounts to new schemes
  • Client service excellence, covering benefit calculations, drawdowns, disinvestments and bank reconciliations
  • Stakeholder coordination with internal teams, clients, IFAs, and receiving schemes
  • Leadership and mentoring, supporting junior colleagues and identifying process improvements
