Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage assigned Brand Partnerships end-to-end to ensure all contractual obligations are met and all elements remain on-brand for Soho House.
- Be the main client liaison for brand partners and build positive working relationships.
- Schedule and attend regular meetings with assigned brand partners to maintain relationships and plan forthcoming activity.
- Identify new growth opportunities within the partnership to contribute to New Business targets.
- Liaise closely with various Soho House departments including Content, Events, and Marketing to plan partnerships.
- Manage ongoing communications for brand partners.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all sites, member needs, and key staff.
- Support with partnership administration, tracking, reporting, and hospitality requests.
- Assist the team with finance and legal requirements such as contracts and invoicing.
- Track and collate all brand communications including event listings and content.
- Coordinate monthly reporting for assigned Brand Partnerships.
- Manage P&L for assigned brand partnerships.
- Visit sites to support teams, attend events, and host partners.
- Proactively surface ideas and trends to identify new opportunities.
Key Skills:
- +6 years of agency, in-house, or freelance marketing experience in partnership/sponsorship roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in establishing and developing productive relationships with brands and clients.
- Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Understanding and experience with event curation and production.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in languages is a bonus.
