Summary: The Partner Marketing Manager for Microsoft Solutions at Insight is responsible for developing and implementing partner marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive demand generation. This role involves managing partnerships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and analyzing market data to identify new opportunities. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. The role is a 9-month contract within a dynamic marketing team focused on building long-lasting relationships with vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of initiatives or campaigns with identified partners and stakeholders in conjunction with appropriate Marketing teams.
  • Build stakeholder relationships with assigned partners and negotiate on all levels of funding to maximize income and recommend best use of available funds to maximize vendor ROI.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day account management of partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage all existing marketing partnerships and identify opportunities to stretch these partnerships to meet operating plan objectives.
  • Coordinate all marketing aspects of the partnership, including quality of materials and correspondences received by partners.
  • Participate in campaign planning for joint partner campaigns, including program planning, campaign management, and tactical execution.
  • Define integrated, effective campaigns and promotions to meet adoption and pipeline goals.
  • Analyze and interpret relevant segment data and reports to inform campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate involvement of teammates across sales, partner business management, and marketing resources to build the right plan.
  • Host quarterly/bi-annual marketing reviews with strategic partners, present campaign performance and ROI, and make recommendations.
  • Improve and apply processes and best practices to ensure program success and measure outcomes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain input into program strategy, campaign approach, and impact measurement.
  • Identify additional marketing activities that can positively affect partner sales/funding and communicate any issues affecting potential funding.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as reasonably requested by your manager.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in a campaign-focused role with experience in campaign planning and execution with partners.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Resilient, tenacious, and outcome-focused.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Results-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
  • Ability to respond quickly and calmly to matters, transmitting confidence and professionalism to clients.
  • Understanding and experience in designing and implementing new business processes.
  • Ability to work with clients, partners, and teammates at all levels, establishing credibility and building trusted status.
  • Proven track record in environments where client needs are variable.
  • Exceptional organization skills with experience in delivering multiple complex projects.
  • Track record of developing and implementing continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Ability to develop, negotiate, prioritize, and manage project deliverables with other marketing members.
  • Willingness to develop and exploit productive relationships both inside and outside the team.
  • Understanding of campaign creation across all marketing segments.
  • Demonstrated previous campaign planning and execution that delivered measurable business value in the IT industry.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to consult effectively with internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
  • Experience in demand generation techniques through targeted campaign activity.
