Summary: The Partner Marketing Manager at The Channel Company is responsible for developing and managing the partner network for a leading cloud service provider through effective marketing strategies and support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, managing, and supporting the execution of partner marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Day-to-day management of existing partner relationships to ensure partners are informed and enabled.
  • Working with partner and local sales & marketing teams to understand solution focus and source suitable materials.
  • Creating marketing briefs for presentations and partner training.
  • Supporting MDF requests and claims, including third-party agency management and monitoring ROI.
  • Monitoring leads and managing the end-to-end lead management process.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for specific client deliverables.
  • Creating and adapting data for client-ready reporting and analytics.
  • Identifying and resolving client issues with escalation to Program Manager/Director as necessary.
  • Defining internal processes with Program Manager/Director to ensure project objectives are maintained.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in planning, managing, and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Good knowledge of online and offline marketing campaign types.
  • Excellent client liaison skills with timely and effective response capabilities.
  • Strong skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to grow relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Independence and teamwork skills.
